- Conduct research and collaborate in designing, building, and managing the company's database.
- Interact with departments to clarify data analysis requirements for organizing data, building reports, related dashboards, and providing appropriate analytical data.
- Cooperate with and participate in departmental activities to deploy, install, integrate, operate, and implement technological features for optimized operations.
- Develop, maintain, and update related documents to ensure consistency, scientific accuracy, and logical structure.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Design and maintain the company's reporting system (Business Reports, Sales Reports, Product Reports, Promotion Reports, Customer Reports, etc.).
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, process optimization, and support strategic decision-making.
- Propose solutions and improvements based on analytical reports to enhance business performance and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent technical fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in equivalent positions.
- Proficient in data analysis, operations, and project management.
- Preferably experienced in e-commerce, services, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Automate is an advantage.
- Strong numerical thinking, exploratory and analytical mindset, proactive and responsible attitude; ability to achieve personal and team goals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team, independently, and under high pressure.
