- List products on the website as required.
- Post and manage content on social media pages.
- Contact KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) to produce content as needed.
- Process customer orders.
- Handle orders for customers according to the order list.
- Monitor and resolve issues arising from the time an order is placed until it is completed.
- Respond to customer emails and implement upselling strategies via email.
